Ian Hall is a Professor of International Relations at Griffith University, Queensland, Australia.

Troy Lee-Brown is a Research Fellow at the University of Western Australia’s Defence and Security Institute, Australia.

Rebecca Strating is the Director of La Trobe Asia and a Professor of International Relations at La Trobe University, Melbourne, Australia.
