Biography

Delphine Defossez defended her PhD in Brazil on the topic of liberalisation of the Brazilian market. She is currently an Assistant Professor at Northumbria University. Delphine has published on a range of topics mainly related to aviation law, especially passenger protection.

Inez Lopes is an Associate Professor of Private and Public International Law at the University of Brasilia, teaching in both the undergraduate and postgraduate programmes of the Faculty of Law (Master of Laws and PhD). She is the Coordinator of the Study Group on International Aviation and Space Law (GDIP-Air and Space law). Inez has published extensively on topics in public and private international law, as well as in the fields of international civil aviation and space law.
