    Biography

    Dr. Deepmala Singh is serving as an Assistant Professor in Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies (SCMS), Symbiosis International (Deemed University), Nagpur. She completed her Ph.D. from Banaras Hindu University in 2016. Her research focuses on Human Resource Development Practices in BHEL. Before devoting her work full-time to LBEF, she served as an Assistant Professor and Guest Faculty in reputed management institutes like Asia Pacific University, Malaysia (Kathmandu Campus), MNNIT Allahabad, etc. In addition, she also served as a project fellow in a major research project funded by UGC in 2011. Her area of research interests is Strategic Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and HR Analytics. She has sixteen-plus publications in national and internationally reputed journals..

    Dr. Anurag Singh is currently working as a Senior Assistant Professor in the area of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior with the School of Business, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES) Dehradun. Prior to this, he worked with the Institute of Advanced Research, Gandhinagar and Baba Saheb Bhim Rao Ambedkar Central University, Lucknow. He has also worked on a short-term research project in Dubai on CSR with Arabia CSR Network, Dubai. He completed his Doctorate from Banaras Hindu University (BHU). He has a postgraduate in MBA (HR), M.Com., M.A. (Economics). He has obtained the prestigious Indian UGC-Net in two different subjects, i.e. Human Resource Management and Commerce. He has published more than ten research papers in various National and International Journals and presented his research work in more than seventeen National and International Research Conferences.

    Dr. Amizan Omar is the Interim Director of Accreditation for the Faculty of Management, Law and Social Sciences, and Lecturer of Strategic Human Resource Management and Change Management at University of Bradford, UK. Her academic-research career started when she was appointed as co-investigator for several EU-funded research projects while completing her PhD in Brunel University London. Prior to that, she worked in various organizations overseas, and her last role was a senior executive at one of the leading government agencies in Malaysia, where she had spearheaded the agency's human resources transformation and strategized the ten-years talent development plan. She draws from over fifteen years of these experiences to combine leadership, innovation and intrapreneurship to accomplish both personal and institutional success.

    Dr. SB Goyal has effective command over industry revolution (IR) 4.0 technologies such as Big Data, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Block Chain, etc. He was the first one to introduce IR 4.0 including Blockchain technology into the curriculum in Malaysia. He had participated as a speaker in the Bloconomic 2019 event on Blockchain. He has also participated in many panel discussions on IR 4.0 technologies in academia as well as industry platforms. He holds eighteen-plus years’ experience in academia at the National and International level. Currently, Dr Goyal is associated as a Dean- IT with City University, Malaysia.
