Biography

Luis María Vaschetto received his Doctorate in Biological Sciences from Universidad Nacional de Córdoba (Argentina). He was a postdoctoral researcher at the Consejo Nacional de Investigaciones Científicas y Técnicas (CONICET) and a research associate at South Dakota State University (SDSU). His research focuses on understanding the epigenetic mechanisms involved in plant and animal development, as well as their effects on human health and diseases.

'Overall, this is an excellent book and a valuable contribution to the burgeoning field of human genome editing. Each chapter is well sourced and has an extensive list of references. Indeed, more than 25 percent of the 259 numbered
pages in the book are devoted to references. This book offers an excellent starting point for exploration of genome editing in humans and is highly recommended.'
