Paul Dragos Aligica is Senior Research Fellow at the F. A. Hayek Program for Advanced Study in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics at Mercatus Center, George Mason University, where he teaches in the graduate program of the Economics Department.

Vlad Tarko is a Fellow at the Mercatus Center and a doctoral candidate in the Economics Department of George Mason University."
