Biography

Donglin Xia received his bachelor's degree at Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics and his graduate degree and Ph.D. at Fiscal Research Institute of the Ministry of Finance, China. He has taught at the School of Economics and Finance, Tsinghua University from March, 1995, to present. His main research areas are in financial reporting, corporate governance, accounting standards, and comparative accounting.

He is also the consulting expert at the Accounting Standards Board of the Ministry of Finance and the Vice Chairman of Accounting Theory and Standards Committee of the ASC.
