Biography
Uti Collier is a research fellow at the European University Institute, Florence, where she is also coordinator of the Working Group on Environmental Studies.
Ragner E Lofstedt is a lecturer in social geography at the Centre for Environmental Strategy, University of Surrey, and a visiting fellow at the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis, Laxenburg, Austria.
