Biography

Jean-Marc F. Blanchard is Founding Executive Director of the Mr. & Mrs. S.H. Wong Center for the Study of Multinational Corporations, a non-profit think tank. A leading expert on China’s Maritime Silk Road Initiative, he is leading three research projects on Chinese overseas ports.
