Xiangbai He is Associate Professor at Guanghua Law School, Zhejiang University, China.

Hao Zhang is Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law, The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK Law).

Alexander Zahar is Honorary Professor at Macquarie Law School, Sydney, Australia, and Professor of Law at Southwest University of Political Science and Law, Chongqing, China.
