Biography

Dr. Kumi Tatsuoka is a distinguished research professor, emeritus, in the Department of Human Development at Columbia University’s Teachers College. She is a pioneer in the development of the Rule Space Method and Q-matrix theory used for cognitive diagnostic assessment.
