Biography

Mark A. Brennan is Professor of Leadership Development at the Pennsylvania State University. Dr. Brennan’s research and teaching concentrates on the role of leadership and civic engagement in the community and development process. He has conducted extensive research internationally, resulting in over a hundred publications in leading journals, books, and many presentations at professional meetings. Among other awards, Dr. Brennan has been named a UNESCO Fellow and Fulbright Scholar.
