Biography
Melvin Delgado is Professor of Social Work at Boston University where he is the Co-Director of the Center on Addictions Research and Services. He is the author of over 20 books.
Young people almost always play instrumental roles in social justice movements, and Melvin Delgado – easily among our most renowned scholars of youth and community – here makes yet another exceptional contribution to our understanding of the field, drawing upon empirical evidence in three contemporary movements in society.
