Yan Jinming is Dean and Professor at the School of Public Administration and Policy, Renmin University of China. His research interests are land regulation and spatial planning.

Xia Fangzhou is Associate Professor at School of Public Administration and Policy, Renmin University of China. His research mainly focuses on land economy and system, land governance, and planning.
