Biography

Dr. Agha Bayramov is a lecturer in the Department of International Relations at the University of Groningen and in the Institute of Political Science at Leiden University. His research interests include the Geopolitics of Energy in the Caspian Sea region, Azerbaijan, Climate Change and Energy Transition in the South Caucasus.
