Robert Gillanders is a Professor of Economics at Dublin City University, Ireland and Co-Director of the DCU Anti-Corruption Research Centre.

Chandan Kumar Jha is an Associate Professor of Finance at the Madden College of Business and Economics, Le Moyne College.
