Biography
Krista Powell Edwards is a HR and mind-set expert specialising in the capability, organisation and job design factors that impact on workplace performance. She is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Krista has actively supported HR professionals to be effective in their roles for over two decades, was chair of two CIPD branches, and has extensive HR experience, including being a university lecturer in International Human Resource Management. With a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management and is a certified Trainer and Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). Krista has worked with numerous organisations including BP, CIPD, Cheshire Police, Siemens, the Valuation Tribunal Service and the Welsh Government.
