Fruzsina Gárdos-Orosz is the director of and a research professor at the Institute for Legal Studies, ELTE Centre for Social Sciences, and professor of public law at ELTE Law School, Budapest, Hungary.

Zoltán Szente is a research professor at the Institute for Legal Studies, ELTE Centre for Social Sciences, Budapest, Hungary.
