Jakša Puljiz is Head of the Department for European Integration at the Institute for Development and International Relations (IRMO), Zagreb, Croatia.

Hrvoje Butković is a senior research associate in the Department for European Integration at the Institute for Development and International Relations (IRMO), Zagreb, Croatia.
