Adrian Lubowiecki-Vikuk is Associate Professor in the Institute of Management, SGH Warsaw School of Economics, Warsaw, Poland.

Izabela Michalska-Dudek is Associate Professor in the Faculty of Management and Business, Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, Wroclaw, Poland.
