Biography
Mihails Potapovs is Head of the European Union Cybersecurity Affairs Section at the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Latvia and lecturer and PhD candidate at the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences, University of Latvia.
Kate E. Kanasta is a representative of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Latvia to the European Union and a PhD Candidate at the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences, University of Latvia.
