Tuomas Forsberg is Director of the Helsinki Collegium for Advanced Studies at the University of Helsinki, Finland, and Professor of International Relations at Tampere University, Finland.
Heikki Patomäki is Professor of World Politics at the University of Helsinki, Finland, and a Life Member of Clare Hall at the University of Cambridge, UK.
