Biography
Christian W. Haerpfer is Director of the Centre for Strategic Development at the Institute for Advanced Studies, Vienna and teaches Political Science at the University of Vienna. He is an academic consultant for the European Commission, the British and Romanian Federal Government in Central and Eastern European affairs.
