Biography

Victor Yocco is a UX researcher and psychologist with decades of experience consulting with the world’s largest enterprises across diverse industries. He helps organizations navigate the complexities of automation to build systems that serve human needs. He frequently writes and speaks on Agentic AI, the psychology of trust, and the ethics of autonomous systems. Dr. Yocco obtained his PhD from The Ohio State University, where he studied psychology and communication in informal science settings. He resides outside of Philadelphia.
