Biography
Mohammad Mizanur Rahman graduated from the University of Dhaka in the Political Science department and afterward received his PhD from the Institute of Bangladesh Studies (IBS), University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh. He is a career civil servant in Bangladesh with almost 20 years professional experience to his credit and has worked in different Ministries of the government including field administration. He also worked as a Policy Specialist for over four years in the Aid Effectiveness Project of the UNDP, Bangladesh. He published several research articles in national and international journals and also contributed several book chapters.
