Lucene Wisniewski is the founder of Center for Evidence Based Treatment, and an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychological Sciences at Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, OH.
Leslie K. Anderson is Clinical Professor and Assistant Clinical Director of the University of California San Diego Eating Disorders Center for Treatment and Research, CA.
