Biography
Arun Malik is Professor and Associate Dean at the School of Computer Science and Engineering, Lovely Professional University, Punjab, India. He holds M.Tech and Ph.D. degrees in computer science and has amassed over 15 years of experience in academia. Dr. Malik has authored 102 research papers in SCI and Scopus-indexed journals and conferences. His scholarly work has received 799 citations, reflecting an h-index of 13 and an i10-index of 22. He has successfully guided six Ph.D. scholars and is currently guiding six Ph.D. scholars. He has published more than 30 patents, and one patent is granted. His primary research interests include wireless networks, ad hoc networks (VANET and MANET), the Internet of Things (IoT), and network security.
Isha Batra is Professor and Head at the School of Computer Science and Engineering, Lovely Professional University, Punjab, India. She holds M.E. and Ph.D. degrees in computer science and has amassed over 14 years of academic experience. Dr. Batra has published 78 research papers in reputed SCI and Scopus-indexed journals and conferences. Her scholarly work has received 689 citations, reflecting an h-index of 13 and an i10-index of 19. She has successfully supervised ten M. Tech dissertations and five Ph.D. thesis and is currently guiding six Ph.D. scholars. Her research interests span a wide range of emerging areas, including wireless networks, pervasive sensing, ad hoc networks, the Internet of Things (IoT), network security, machine learning, and computational social science.
Shamneesh Sharma is currently serving as Lead (Academic Operations and Quality Control) at byteXL TechEd Private Limited, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Previously he was the senior Manager (Programs) at upGrad Education Private Limited, Bangalore, India, where he leads joint degree programs in data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, business analytics, and other cutting-edge domains. With over 14 years of experience spanning EdTech and higher technical education, he brings a deep understanding of academic program development, learner engagement, and industry-aligned curriculum delivery. Dr. Sharma has authored and published more than 100 research papers in reputed international and national journals and conferences. His scholarly work has received 1,064 citations, reflecting an h-index of 17 and an i10-index of 31. His core research interests lie in data science, AI/ML, Internet of Things (IoT), information security, and cloud computing. Academically, he holds B.Tech, M.Tech, and Ph.D. degrees in computer science and engineering, and continues to bridge the gap between academic innovation and industry relevance in the rapidly evolving AI–driven world.
Praveen Malik is a Professor in the School of Electronics and Electrical Engineering, Lovely Professional University, Phagwara, Punjab, India. He received his Ph.D. with a specialization in wireless communication and antenna design. He has authored or co-authored more than 150 technical research papers published in leading journals and conferences with international publishers. Some of his research findings are published in top-cited journals. He has also published ten edited/authored books with international publishers. He has guided many students leading to M.E./M.Tech degrees and is guiding students leading to Ph.Ds. He is an associate editor of a number of different journals. His current interest includes microstrip antenna design, MIMO, vehicular communication, and IoT. He was invited as guest editor/editorial board member of many international journals, invited as keynote speaker to many international conferences held in Asia, and invited as program chair, publications chair, publicity chair, and session chair in many international conferences. He has been granted two design patents and a few more are in the pipeline.
