About the Author

Robert A. Simons is a Professor in the Levin College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University in Cleveland, Ohio. He is the faculty coordinator for the Certificate Program in Real Estate Development and Finance at CSU. He is Lead Editor of the Journal of Sustainable Real Estate. Dr. Simons has an active consulting proactice, and has served as an expert witness in over 80 cases on matters pertaining to real estate.
