Biography
Leo McCann is Lecturer in Human Resource Management at Cardiff Business School. Having completed his PhD on postsocialist development in Tatarstan, Russia at the University of Kent, he has gone on to examine the transformation of employment relations in other societies, including the UK, USA and Japan. He is currently working on a book on organizational change and middle managers in these three countries.
