Biography

Adam Jabłoński is Full Professor and Head of Management and Quality Institute of WSB MERITO University in Poznań, Poland, Email: [email protected]

Is also Vice-president of the Board of a well reputable management consulting company “OTTIMA plus” Ltd. Katowice and President of the Association “Southern Railway Cluster” Katowice which supports development in railway transport and innovation transfer, also towards cooperation with European railway clusters (European Railway Clusters Initiative member). He holds a Postdoctoral degree in University of Łódź, (Department of Management), POLAND, specializing in Management Science (Business Models, Strategic Management). Working as a management consultant since 1997, his experience and expertise has grown through his contact with a number of leading companies in Poland and abroad. He is the author of a variety of studies and business analyses in the Strategic Performance Management Concept, Value Based Management, and designing of Digital, Social Business Models fields. He has also written and co-written several monographs and over 100 scientific articles in the field of management, published both in Poland and in abroad. The scientific interests of Adam focus on the issues of modern and efficient Strategic Management methods and new approach to the designing of strategic group of key performance indicators and the principles of company value building sustainable strategy. It tries to integrate assumptions strategic management with configuration approach to the shaping business models, and monitor and evaluate their effectiveness. He explore also various features of modern strategic measurement systems and operationalization of strategy and business models oriented for achieving of high performance. Currently, He is also a member of Scientific Boards of International Journals (inter alia Management Decision (Impact Factor – 5.589) and/or he is the Scientific Reviewer in different entities (USA, India, Canada, Switzerland) and in Scientific Boards of National Journals and He is a Scientific Reviewer in many entities. He is also Member of Academy of Management, USA. Author of numerous monographs, publications, articles and scientific concepts published in Poland and internationally in prestigious publishing houses, including Taylor & Francis Group—Routledge, Palgrave Macmillan, Springer Nature, Nova Publishers, IGI Global. He is an Professor in University of WSB University and President of a well reputable management consulting company OTTIMA plus Ltd. in Katowice (Silesia Region—South of Poland).

He is also a Vice-President of Southern Railway Cluster, which supports development in railway transport and innovation transfer, also towards cooperation with European railway clusters (European Railway Clusters Initiative member).
