Biography

Rick Houghton recently retired after 40 years as a first responder and trainer. His career began as a firefighter, paramedic and hazardous materials trainer. He has extensive experience as a professional trainer and course developer.

William Bennett is a professional trainer, course developer and business owner. He recently retired from the U.S. Air Force with 35 years’ experience, including 16 years as a founding member of the 51st Civil Support Team.
