Saurabh Pratap Singh Rathore is an Executive Alumnus of IIM-Indore with over 25 years of experience spanning industry and academia. Currently, he is working as professor in School of Management & Commerce, Vikrant University, Gwalior, India. His versatile career includes achievements in coaching, HR, pharmaceutical sales, training, and business development. As a dedicated researcher and IEEE member, he has authored many Scopus-indexed journal papers, various IEEE conference papers, and several book chapters with top publishers like Springer, Wiley, and IEEE Press.Saurabh Rathore is an Executive Alumnus of IIM-Indore with over 25 years of experience spanning industry and academia. Vir Narayan is an accomplished legal scholar and higher-education leader currently serving as Dean, School of Legal Studies; Director, Research; and Dean, Students’ Welfare at Vikrant University, Gwalior (M.P.). With more than a decade of combined experience in teaching, research, and academic administration, he has worked with leading law institutions such as Government Law College Ujjain, Shobhit University Saharanpur, Monad University Hapur, K.K. University Nalanda, and Glocal University Saharanpur.Vir Narayan is an accomplished legal scholar and higher-education leader currently serving as Dean, School of Legal Studies; Director, Research; and Dean, Students’ Welfare at Vikrant University, Gwalior (M.P.). His recent works investigate critical issues such as capital punishment, corporate ethics, gender justice, and constitutional freedoms each demonstrating his commitment to contemporary legal reform.
