Currently, he is working as professor in School of Management & Commerce, Vikrant University, Gwalior, India. His versatile career includes achievements in coaching, HR, pharmaceutical sales, training, and business development. Vir Narayan is an accomplished legal scholar and higher-education leader currently serving as Dean, School of Legal Studies; Director, Research; and Dean, Students’ Welfare at Vikrant University, Gwalior (M.P.). With more than a decade of combined experience in teaching, research, and academic administration, he has worked with leading law institutions such as Government Law College Ujjain, Shobhit University Saharanpur, Monad University Hapur, K.K.
