A.B. Atkinson is a member of the Suntory-Toyota International Centre for Economics and Related Disciplines at LSE and Professor of Political Economy (from October 1992) at the University of Cambridge.
F. Bourguignon is Associate Director of DETLA, Centre Nationale de la Recherche Scientifique, Ecole Normale Supérieure and Professor of Economics at the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales, Paris.
C. Morrison is Professor of Economics at the University of Paris I and Heade of Programme at the OECD Development Centre.
