    Biography

    Howard Rosenthal, EdD, CCMHC, HS-BCP, LPC, MAC, NCC, is a professor and lead faculty for Human Services and Addiction Studies at St. Louis Community College at Florissant Valley. He is the author of the best-selling Encyclopedia of Counseling and Favorite Counseling and Therapy Techniques.
