This is a highly valuable book on India’s energy security with special focus on the Caspian Region. Not many books have been written on the energy cooperation between India and the Caspian region, and therefore, the book provides valuable information on this issue. It is a well-researched work, overloaded with empirical data, which students and policy makers may find useful.

Dr Rajan Kumar, Associate Professor, Jawaharlal Nehru University, India.
