Biography

H. B. Glushakow, a senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), has been active in the power quality and alternative energy fields for 25 years. During this time, he has written several dozen books, peer-reviewed technical papers, and white papers plus lectured in 20 countries on six continents. He holds a patent for a system that protects mega wind turbines from the damaging effects of lightning.
