''The author makes an important case, presenting the difficulty for a fresh engineering graduate to immediately conform to a business environment, where the outcomes are not sufficiently predictable, and specialized engineering skills falter without adaptation. This principle is excellently tied to a presentation of cutting-edge technologies in the energy sector, encouraging picking up old engineering textbooks for an in-depth understanding in pursuit of staying engaging to the entrepreneur…The text provides an excellent reading flow, introducing core contents before delving into its main purpose in a concise way, remaining engaging throughout. A table of contents, a rich index, and numerous high-quality images and schemes are included. Extensive references and prompts for additional reading are found throughout the book, placed and indexed cleanly and by necessity…''
