    Biography

    Ian Bowden is a practising solicitor advocate with many years of experience working in legal practice. He is also a senior lecturer at the University of Chester and has experience of delivering on a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate modules. He has successfully developed the LLM with SQE programme at the University of Bolton.

    Zaman F. Kala is a lecturer and accredited mediator in the School of Law and Policing at the University of Central Lancashire, where he teaches on the undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Prior to embarking upon a career in academia, Zaman worked as a fee earner at a leading firm of solicitors, specialising in insurance litigation and dispute resolution.
