Biography
Stephen Battersby, MBE, is a freelance environmental health and housing consultant, and researcher. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) and the Royal Society for Public Health (and is now retired). He is a past President of the CIEH and is currently a Vice President.
David Miles, Hon DUniv (Kingston), FRSA, joined Kingston University as a lecturer in 1972. He was Professor of Business Education in 1993, Dean of the Faculty of Business and Law from 1983 to 1999, and Pro Vice-Chancellor External Affairs from 1999 to 2007. He maintains contact with the University as Honorary Dean of Alumni and Development and is currently Chair of Shenehom Housing Association Ltd – a care home for people with enduring severe mental health issues.
