Biography
Kingsley M. de Silva is Professor of Sri Lanka History at the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka, and Executive Director of the International Centre for Ethnic Studies, Kandy, Sri Lanka. Nathan Katz is Associate Professor of Religious Studies at the University of South Florida, Tampa, and Editor of USF Monographs in Religion and Public Policy. Also edited by Pensri Duke and Ellen S. Goldberg.
