Biography
Gill Bennett was Chief Historian of the FCO 1995-2005 and now works with various government departments on research projects, specialising in intelligence history. Her most recent book is Six Moments of Crisis: Inside British Foreign Policy (2013).
Patrick Salmon is Chief Historian at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
