Biography

Dwayne Bach entered the sports and eSports industry through his doctoral research. He then gained practical experience working for a CAS judge, a player agency and several law firms. He now runs his own law firm while also serving as legal counsel at Uniper SE.

 

Paul Lambertz is a specialist lawyer for sports law and founder of Lambertz Sportrecht. Among the first German lawyers to be certified in sports law in 2019, he provides advice to athletes, federations, and companies, publishes on sports law, and is frequently sought after by journalists as an expert commentator.

 

Fabian Ziermann is part of Milberg London LLP’s competition litigation team. He was a doctoral researcher and lecturer at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. His research focused on copyright and competition law in eSports and gaming ecosystems.
