Dr. Ellen Eftestøl-Wilhelmsson is an Associate Professor in Law at the Scandinavian Institute of Maritime Law, University of Oslo, Norway and a Docent of Civil Law and Research Manager for the InterTran research group at the Faculty of Law, University of Helsinki, Finland.
