Biography
Dr. B. R. Aravind serves as the Head of the Department of English at Kalasalingam Academy of Research and Education (Deemed to be University), Tamilnadu, India. A distinguished academician and researcher, he has published over 94 research papers in reputed national and international journals indexed in Scopus, WoS and peer-reviewed. His academic pursuits focus on innovative pedagogies, English language teaching, and technology-integrated learning. Dr. Aravind has received several awards for academic and research excel lence, recognizing his leadership in curriculum innovation and scholarly contributions. He is also a recipient of the Guinness World Record Awards for his participation in global literary and academic initiatives, reflecting his passion for excellence and global engagement. He has presented papers and participated in international conferences and academic programs in Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore, broadening his global research and teaching perspective. As a reviewer and editorial board member of leading international journals, he has reviewed more than 127 articles, contributing to research quality and academic advancement. With an unwavering commitment to education, leadership, and innovation, Dr. Aravind continues to inspire students and faculty, shaping the Department of English into a vibrant hub of learning, research, and global collaboration.
Dr. Hariharasudan Anandhan is a faculty member at the Department of Language, Culture, and Society, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, India. His scholarly contributions, comprising over 67 research articles related to postmodernism, feminism, religion, education 4.0, education management, and other topics, have been published in esteemed journals. In a crowning achievement, Stanford University and Elsevier have recognised the scholarly work of Dr A. Hariharasudan by listing me among the world's top 2% of scientists - a testament to my unwavering commitment to intellectual exploration. He had been given the covetable assignment of proofreader and language editor of the Polish Journal of Management Studies, working as a Guest Editor for Journal of International Women’s Studies, World Journal of English Language, Associate Editor of Frontiers in Education and Frontiers in Public Health and Editorial Board Member of Journal of Education and Learning, Forum for Linguistic Studies, Academic Editor and Editorial Board Member of PLOS ONE & Humanities and Social Sciences Communications, Reviewer of various journals and serving as Scientific Committee Member of International Conferences. Dr. Nishad Nawaz is an Associate Professor at Kingdom University, Bahrain. His research interests encom>pass Education Management, Human–AI Interaction, HR Technologies, Machine Learning, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Human Resource Management (HRM), Knowledge Management, Affective Computing, and Management Information Systems (MIS). Dr. Nishad’s recent research has been published in several prestigious journals, including Management Decision, Knowledge and Process Management, International Journal of Business and Globalisation, Journal of Accounting and Organizational Change, Wireless Communications and Mobile Computing, International Journal of Information Management Data Insights, Asia Pacific Management Review, and Big Data and Cognitive Computing.
