Biography
Mark Nesti is Reader in Sport Psychology at York St John College, University of Leeds, UK. A BASES accredited sport psychologist since 1990, he has worked with numerous professional, elite and serious recreational sport performers mostly in football, tennis, skating, motor racing and cricket.
