Biography

Dr Xiao-Ling Zhao is a Chair Professor at Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) and an Associate Director of Research Institute for Land and Space at PolyU, and former Head of Department of Civil Engineering at Monash University, Australia, and then Associate Dean (International) in the Faculty of Engineering at UNSW, Australia.

Dr Lili Hu is an Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Engineering, School of Future Cities, University of Science and Technology Beijing, China. She received the National Youth Support Talent award in 2023.
