Dr Emma Watura MBChB PGCert
Specialist Registrar in Clinical Radiology, Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust
Emma graduated from the University of Birmingham Medical School before completing Foundation Training in the South Thames Deanery. She is currently a Radiology Registrar in Surrey with a subspecialty interest in Musculoskeletal Radiology. Alongside her clinical training, Emma is passionate about increasing educational opportunities, demonstrated through her longstanding contribution to radiology societies, conference presentations and the organisation of teaching programmes. Emma was President of the Society of Radiologists in Training 2023-24, having previously held the roles of Secretary and Foundation Representative. Emma remains actively involved in supporting education and professional development within radiology.
Dr Jordan Colman BSc (Hons) MBBS MSc (Adv. Neuroimg) PGDip (ClinEd) FRCR

Dr Jordan Colman graduated from St George's medical school in 2018 and undertook Foundation training in Surrey. He subsequently completed an MSc in Advanced Neuroimaging at UCL institute of Neurology. He is currently an ST5 Pan-London Neuroradiology fellow at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery. Jordan is also the current co-president of the Society of Radiologists in Training (SRT) and has a keen interest in teaching, having organised and delivered several educational courses with the SRT, and completing a post graduate diploma in clinical education.
Dr Danoob Dalili MB BS FRCR EDiMSK

Dr Dalili is a triple fellowship–trained Consultant Musculoskeletal Radiologist. A graduate of St Bartholomew’s and The Royal London, he completed radiology training across leading UK centres and further clinical and research work in France, Switzerland, and the United States, including a scholarship at Johns Hopkins University.
He is an active educator in the field, contributing to various academic and educational initiatives in societies, including, the RCR, BSSR, ESSR, ISS, CIRSE, PAIRS, PAARS. He serves as a panel expert for interventional procedures for the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE). In 2021, he founded London Spine Intervention, the UK’s first standalone independent training course in spinal intervention for radiologists, surgeons, and pain specialists.
A respected international lecturer, Dr Dalili received the Royal College of Radiologists International Travelling Fellowship (2020–2022) and has served as chief viva examiner for the European Diploma in Musculoskeletal Radiology and vice-chair of the ESSR Educational Committee.
He has authored over 100 peer-reviewed publications and 20 book chapters in Radiology.
Dr Robin Proctor MA(Cantab) BM BCh (Oxon) FRCR FAcadMedEd MRCP MRCGP DFFP DRCOG
Consultant in Clinical Radiology, University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust
Robin was SRT President in the late 2000s and responsible for the first edition of this book, bringing together multiple authors from around the world. Since then he has become a Consultant Radiologist with a special interest in musculoskeletal radiology and has held a number of leadership positions locally and nationally, currently serving as Medical Director for Professional Practice in the Royal College of Radiologists.
Robin remains active as an educator locally and nationally and, with colleagues, has also written a book for the FRCR 2B viva as well as numerous other book contributions and publications.
He is grateful to the SRT for asking him to be involved in the second edition and wishes every reader success in their FRCR examinations.
