Maria Piekarska‑Baronet is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Hebrew Studies, Faculty of Asian and African Cultures, University of Warsaw. Her research interests focus on the spatial, environmental, and material dimensions of memory, especially the meeting points of cultural practices and natural environments.
