Mehmet Akman, MD, MPH, is a general practitioner and professor of family medicine at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Karabakh University, and chief of the family health center at Karabakh University Clinic, Khankendi, Azerbaijan.

Bob Mash, MBChB, PhD, FRCP, FRCGP, is a family physician and professor at the Division of Family Medicine and Primary Care, Stellenbosch University, South Africa.

Felicity Goodyear-Smith, MBChB, MGP, MD, FRNZCGP (Dist), is a general practitioner and professor of general practice and primary health care at the University of Auckland, New Zealand.
