Biography

Rama Prosad Banerjee is a prolific academician, philanthropist, edupreneur and thought leader. He is a pioneer in establishing the study of ethics and values in management academia. Over the course of three and a half decades, he has gathered a wealth of experience as an international educationist, teaching at some of the most prestigious institutions in the world. His work focuses on using ancient Vedic texts to learn more about stress management, leadership and economics. He is the Chairman and Director of EIILM-Kolkata, one of India’s leading business schools and Founder of EIILM-Kolkata Centre for Leadership and Ethics (EKCLE).
