Biography
Reckson Kamusoko is a postdoctoral research fellow at University of Fort Hare and a renowned academic writer, author of several peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters, with research interests in bioenergy, bioprocess engineering, and sustainable waste-to-energy technologies. He has over 15 years of experience in teaching, research and academic service. He holds a PhD in Environmental Biotechnology. His work focuses on the development of innovative and low-cost solutions for converting biomass and organic waste into renewable energy and value-added products. He is particularly interested in biogas production, biorefinery systems, and technologies that promote sustainable resource utilization and environmental protection. His research aims to contribute to the advancement of clean energy solutions and support sustainable development, particularly in rural and resource-limited communities.
Raphael M. Jingura is a professor at Chinhoyi University of Technology and an accomplished academic writer, with numerous publications in refereed journals and book chapters. He has over 25 years in teaching, research, and higher education management. His research focuses on the nexus of agricultural and energy systems for sustainable development. He has conducted extensive work on renewable energy and has made significant contributions to this field through his publications. His current research interests include the production of biomass as a feedstock for biofuels and biogas production.
Patrick Mukumba is a Professor at University of Fort Hare and a famous academic writer, who has made significant contributions to the field through his scholarly work, publishing several peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters. He has served more than 20 years in teaching, research and university service. Professor Mukumba is a recognized expert in renewable energy technologies, including biomass and biogas systems, wind energy, solar photovoltaic (PV), and hydropower. His research experience includes the design and construction of various biogas digesters. He is an active member of several professional organizations, including the South African Institute of Physics (SAIP), the South African Biogas Industry Association (SABIA), and the World Biogas Association (WBA)
